Growth .....

.... generally find walking productive for generating ideas. On today's walk to work I was thinking growth and development in preparation for the launch of Women's Leadership Network at work which I'm hosting tomorrow. It struck me that the conditions need to be right and also as I zoomed on on the daffodils that even in the same general conditions development doesn't occur at the same pace for all. Back now to planning.
