Big trouble in little China

This is the office of Omega Travel based in Milton Keynes but staffed mostly by Chinese nationals and with Chinese signage all over their building and website. Why do I mention this? Well because they are the agents through whom Rosina booked her flights to China. Her itinerary has changed 3 times and the latest allows just 10 minutes between two the the flights, barely time to disembark, never mind pick up a connecting flight. Despite numerous efforts to resolve this over the phone Rosina was having no luck and my attempts today fated no better so, I got into my car, drive to their head office, tailgated someone to gain access to the building and plonked myself in front of an employee and asked for assistance. We'll call him Eddie because that's the name he was using was to his credit very helpful. There was a later flight that is acceptable but leaves Rosina hanging around for a long time do we have requested a hotel or a seat in the lounge. If the airline agrees we're all systems go. She's note in a better position than we are as I had to cancel or flights due to an unreconcilable schedule change. We are note looking for new flights. Bit of a bugger this international travel lark.
