Early morning visitor

I remembered to fill up the bird feeders this morning and I was hardly back in the kitchen when the goldfinches arrived. They are such messy eaters spilling as many seeds on the ground as they eat .... the tits are more refined as they tend to take one seed and fly off.

A busy day of dog walking ... Poppy and Mia and Togbe (friend's Border Terrier who has come to stay for a few days. I can walk two dogs at one time but not three!  Patchwork class tonight so Togbe will just have to amuse himself until I come home.
