work party

Every month there's a work party down at the ponds but I haven't been able to get before so made a point of going today.
We were clearing inside a tree enclosure, first litter then vegetation around the bases of the young trees. As you can see the weeds were very tall last year (it was hard to see the others when they moved too far away) and the extra is of the remains of a 2m+ high giant hogweed.
Church leaders' meeting tonight so blipping now.
