Art on the Prom, Felixstowe.

I saw this interesting composition on the beach at Art on the Prom at Felixstowe today. Apparently, this artwork was recently collected from the beach and pleasantly arranged in this colourful manner. Perhaps it represented our throw away culture and to make us all a little more greener?
