A portrait of J

This was a must for a blip today - although it is not a typical portrait for me.
There was 150 people in a festivity when J is getting retired. J has been 37 years as a janitor in our housing company.  He has been very popular due his kind personality and many talents.
And besides all other skills, he could deliver a great speech of his heart.
