Lily

Aww... more flowers, a belated birthday bouquet (big smile) feeling very loved.

I am involved in a component of the 4th year medical degree at Newcastle University entitled "Exploring the role of Complementary Medicine in UK Medical Practice - Models for Integrative Medical Care"
I'm part of a team of practitioners that work with the students so that they can experience as wide a range as possible in the time allocated, included is Acupuncture, Osteopathy, Medical Herbalism, Mindfulness Meditation, Homeopathy, Massage, Reflexology and the list goes on. It's a great project and one I love to take part in, maybe one day it will not just be an optional part of medical training. In my humble opinion there's a huge positive in helping the young Dr's of our future to deepen their understanding of the link between our spirituality and our well-being. We are so much more than flesh and bones.

It means I miss out on a trip to wheeliebobs for spag bol but Im sure it'll keep for another day.

Nite all :-)
