Dangerous slam poetry

E-mailing shovelling, presentation writing, meeting prep and a wee bit of blogging were the order of the day today.

This evening, however, was more exciting. I went along to the closing event of the fabulous Dangerous Women Project. It culminated in the creation of a mass community poem, the verses of which lay strewn across the stage at the end of the event. Blippers were much in evidence there: me, ArcLight (who blipped the reading of the poem), Ridgeback13, Winsford and possibly others.

Oh, and I hear that I was in the Evening News today.

Exercise today: sit-ups, weights and stretches, a little walking (6,124 steps).
