Danish apple cake

It's not often I eat the things that ZQ makes at school - largely because he won't eat them himself!!! This apple cake isn't bad and I saw him eat a few crumbs.

Wednesday over and done with. Phew! Options evening at school tomorrow and Noo's birthday Friday, then my weekend off!!!
