...and what an inspiring program established by Garden Centres Australia in 2014 and aimed at increasing the understanding of the benefits of spending time in a garden, being surrounded by living greenery and colour on health, mental health and wellbeing.

This year's theme is 'Colour for Health' and here is the 'blue man' supporting 'beyond blue' a non profit organization that 'provides information and support to help everyone in Australia achieve their best possible mental health, whatever their age and wherever they live.'


Garden Releaf Day is Sunday 19th which is also National Blueberry Day...how appropriate!
