Day 068 2017 03 09 No Parking on Bus Stop

The traffic cone on top of the bus stop intrigued me. Is this a clever way of saying 'no parking on the bus stop' or do Staines reckon that their drivers are so crazy they'd try to park on top of the bus stop.
