Cheeky!

I got within a couple of metres of this pesky creature this afternoon and then the tame female pheasant was hovering around, just in case she could persuade me to feed her again (as she is very special).  Latest news on mum's house - contracts exchanged today and with final completion before the 20th March.  Not what I was expecting - I'm pretty cheesed off now, but at least this means no-one can back out.    I had a few hours in the garden in compensation - todays been glorious.  As I was sorting out paperwork for the house this morning, it struck me that I really ought to be outside enjoying the sun.  We need a holiday!
