Abstract Thursday: organic

Abstract Thursday challenge's theme for this week is "organic".

Pirkkala's municipal engineering has started preparations to build a sidewalk to our street. It won't be ready until 2018, but last week they started logging. This tree trunk is one of the logs that lies next to our building ground. The nesting season will start this month and the rule is that no logging is allowed during the season. 

We got fresh snow yesterday!

Last night Emma was asked to join her school's floorball team and to participate to a tournament in Uusikaupunki today. So many floorball players were sick that they needed replacements. Emma has played floorball only in school, but was able to help. Pirkkala won Tampere's team and played tie against Uusikaupunki's team. That means Pirkkala's girls will continue to the finals in Helsinki! Emma's cousin Minttu was also playing in Pirkkala's team.
