Female Redwing blackbird

Today the weather was starting to turn colder as March flip flop weather continues . Over the next week it will feel much more like winter once again. Even with the colder weather coming more of the spring birds have been arriving at the lake. This is the first female red wing black bird I have seen. I also had the first male redwing land on my hand for a peanut today.
