Low Level Postboxes For Drivers

I've no idea if we have such in UK . This low level post box is situated between the main road and the service road. Any driver with post need not bother parking up .He or she simply enters the service road and opening the window pops the post in .A) I saw this man stopping , B) asked if I could blip his hand However got his face so have blurred out . C ) then you see the full on shot of the box . ( Pity low level IQ nitwits have scribbled on it .)
