Ten –a- day for a longer life

We are advised to eat ten pieces of fruit and veg a day if we want to live a longer and healthier life.
But how many of us achieve this?
( Five a day was a struggle for most of us).
Well, I took the BBC test online and failed miserably: 4/10.

And I thought I knew all about healthy eating.
