Camomille Tea

Lovely day of self-care!

Long dog walk, trip to the hairdresser's and then, in the evening, I was treated to a head, neck and shoulder massage, facial and reflexology at a friend's ❤
She rounded off my treatment with a camomille tea. I then had the most wonderful night's sleep.

As I didn't take any photos, I'm blipping this as a way to remember this special evening which my lovely friend treated me to.
