Maspie Burn, Falkland

When the HG saw my blip of yesterday he said 'I can take you to a good waterfall'.   'OK, let's go' I said this morning.  Little did I know he would take me all the way to Fife, to the little town of Falkland, of Mary Queen of Scots fame (she spent some time at Falkland Palace, it seems). 

Anyhow, we had a wee look round, then we walked up the Maspie Burn, and sure enough, there was a nice waterfall, and we could walk behind it, which was great.

We did a nice walk further up too, and then back down, and enjoyed the day.  And then had coffee and cake, as you do.

Nice weather too!
