Easy like Saturday morning

Not much happening this morning in the town square regeneration project..
Cost : squillions.
Benefit : enormous (especially if you've always dreamed of sitting on the side of a flowerbed  looking at Poundland, Starbucks and Ann Summers whilst listening to one of those fountains where the water flies out of the ground and up your ankles when you're not expecting it ).
