The Opening Ceremony

Well, STUPIDLY I didn't take my camera with me to the opening ceremony.... I thought i'd end up getting annoyed as my biggest lens keeps having connection issues on full zoom, also I thought if its not very light it would just all be blurred. But I got a few snaps with my brothers HD camcorder that also takes stills.... not a great zoom so no good close ups. This was what we saw before us when we finally climbed the steps to our seats.
The ceremony was amazing, with each seat having its own light, pictures and words were lit up by the seats. We had a mexican wave going for a good half an hour before it all began.
