I just felt very sorry that our current petty politicians try to diminish their contributions. Kaplicky despite winning the competition was denied the right and the National Library project was cancelled. He fought for his winning project till his death, unfortunately wasn't successful. I wish we built it as his legacy. Maybe when our democracy truly matures and we will be able to say together with F. L. Weight: 'Democracy builds.'
