Hey!

Started the day with a Park Run and new PB. So returned home feeling uplifted and ready for more plasterboarding with Mr KT. Managed not to argue - much.
Joined by robin for coffee who enjoyed the crumbs from the bread I picked up from the bread-share bakery.
