Rose-ringed Parakeet (male)

A Rose-ringed Parakeet munching on a juicy seed pod. Many thanks for your interest in my Camel and her beautiful calf. The little one was very wobbly on his feet and Mum was very protective but not aggressive and let me take the portrait, although we didn't go too close so as not to upset them, the baby was very dark as the camels from the Dhofar Region mostly are. It was a lovely sight, because apart from those two we didn't see anyone else!
