Mandrels

Meanwhile back in my shop, I have put my collection of mandrels and stones together. I have so many of these and pulleys and motors that I am contemplating a huge sculpture of motors, belts, chains and pulleys which will be in motion accomplishing absolutely nothing just like present day governments. Need a title.
