Kirkyard, Dalkeith

I was in Dalkeith this evening speaking at a very well attended meeting on Brexit arranged by the local SNP.

Inevitably yesterday's announcement meant that much of the discussion was about the new #ScotRef , which - I suppose - made this the first referendum meeting of the campaign for me.

The local MSP Colin Beattie kindly invited me to have a meal with him first and his wife Lisa chaired the event which had been organized by Vivien Horn, whose mother is an SNP Councillor in my own constituency. She also very generously driove Heather Wolfe and I back into Edinburgh, passing as we did so this intruiging church in the centre of the town.
