Climbing

On Sunday CanCarrier, ZenGwen and myself went to Alien Rock for a climb. This is CanCarrier doing one of the more difficult climbs of the afternoon.

I restricted myself to a couple of easy ones but still the ankle didn't thank me. This inability to do anything remotely strenuous is getting frustrating.
