First Aid Instructor course D3

I was sat at the dining room table by 07:00 this morning writing out lesson plans and rehearsing my three 20 minute sessions. The course is a thankfully short drive from my brother's house and starts at 08:30.
Today we did teaching sessions on epilepsy, poisons, anaphylaxis, eyes, strokes, hyperthermia, diabetes, heart attacks, cardiac arrest and some ive probably forgotten
That was before lunch.
Then it was an afternoon of AED training and session top tips, before RIDDOR, COSHH and PUWER.
We finished at 18.30 - i can honestly say the time flew by.
The venue is 3 minutes from Gormley's Angel of the North - seeing the golden horizon as i walked to Prince i knew that the race against the falling light for tonight's blip should just be winnable.

Double homework tonight so that i can take E&D for a meal tomorrow to thank them for their hospitality (ive not been much company with my head either in books or on the internet). Whilst blip has made a nice break its back to the books now - hope to catch up with all your journals soon.
