Small steps

Ministering angel (VickyG) brought me lucozade and melon and sufficiently fortified, after 36 hours in bed, I managed to get in for promotions committee. As soon as I'd done I was straight back home though to collapse again. Cancelled quite a lot tomorrow too so hopefully I’ll soon be on the mend. Think my headache's easing and the sickness has stopped
