Work school - employed someone who just got done for misconduct.. will I live to regret it?

Melody ABSOLUTELY loves loves loves colouring drawing writing crafting - it's her favourite think to do - she's adorable with it - copying words, colouring alongside - she's happy to do it all day long - do t know if this is a melody thing.. or a 5 year old thing.. time will tell
