Contribution

Labor Day - an American federal holiday observed on the first Monday in September that celebrates the economic and social contributions of workers.

Kitty here has worked tirelessly to contribute to the economy by consuming cat food, litter and pet sitting services and she has been instrumental in improving our social well being and keeping our blood pressure lowered by allowing us to pet her, sometimes, most of the time.

It is pesto making day here, the smell of garlic is somewhat overwhelming. The yield from two robust plants will get us through winter, even if we ate some every day. I might do the same with the two large sage bushes and the lemon thyme.

No ill effects from the Mojitos last night, looks like I can do two without repercussions. Must have been next to no rum in there.
