Feeding elderly and kids don't show any results   according to rump and his budget director Mulvaney.....meals on wheels helped my Dad years ago and he was thankful....many kids that road my school but participated in low income school breakfast programs and for them it was their food for the day.....what's becoming of we are our brother's keeper and the scriptures teaching us to feed the poor ?   Yikes...very very worried
