Supper?

Not for me but I enjoyed catching a few oysters for someone else today. You should notice how the oyster spat will attach to any hard surface and start to grow. Rocks, brick or another oyster shell, they are not picky. Some of these were over 7" long...my mother calls them Clyde oysters after her father, especially when I catch them in her creek where she was raised. I did that yesterday and they had fried oysters for supper tonight. I do not eat oysters but love the fact that if I were hungry I could provide food for my family by stepping out my back door.
Today was a very good day for me. I hope your weekend will be as nice for you. Happy St. Patrick's Day! Thanks again soletrader, a real treasure!
