Empanadas....

.....for a friend's significant birthday celebration this evening.

We used to love these when living in Argentina. I hope these are as good. They are similar to Cornish pasties but different filling. These have minced beef, olives, currants, hard boiled eggs, chilli, and heaps of other spices. Sounds weird but it works :)
An early post as I have some smoked salmon to prepare as well :))
