MOT

You know how we all have MOTs with our GPs? Well, it turns out that you can get them for your car as well! Seemed like a good idea, so I signed the Mog up for one. Its blood pressure is fine and it is fit and healthy!

Yesterday? The 5 a side was messed up a bit by one person being dragged into a meeting before the start. We had quite a good game with various combinations of 4 v 5, but it's not the same.

No such problems with this evening's game. The Friday games tend to be the youngsters vs the oldies. And are surprisingly level. The youngsters tend to be more skilful but bicker more and don't work as hard.

Some hints about the team that I might be working in post the imminent reorganisation. Might be something of the poisoned chalice in it. And my happy holiday of having no staff might be coming to an end. Oh well.
