Tree Shadows in a Winter Wonderland

We had some snow earlier this week, and the gamelands were looking pretty inviting when we went out for a short hike on Friday morning. The path ahead of us was covered in white, and the trees cast blue shadows on the snow. It's looked so wintry and lovely out lately that it's hard not to imagine Christmas is coming again soon. There's a happy thought!
