Dalt Vila

Today's been such a lovely day...really relaxed and family-fied! Danny took Asha for their weekly swim date, it means I get a nice couple of hours to potter! Then this afternoon/evening we popped out, got a fro-yo, went to see a new exhibition at our favourite little gallery in Dalt Vila (brilliant, colourful & abstract exhibition - Asha loved it), took some long exposure pics (this blip & the extra of the port), and then came home via tea in a pintxos café... This café just keep coming round with plates of hot pintxos (little delicious finger foods on bread - usually really creative foods), you take what you fancy & at the end they count how many sticks you have (which were in the pintxos) to know what to charge you. A brilliant way of eating cheaply, getting amazing variety, and enjoying a busy culinary atmosphere. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Time to myself this morning. Thankyou Danny!
2) A delicious lunch of avocado, lardons & poached egg on rye & spelt bread (it's been a foodie day!!!).
3) Asha enjoying art so much - I love seeing her engage & enjoy galleries...I love hearing her take on things & just witnessing her soaking up beauty & appreciating other people's creativity.
