As the tide goes

WI night and a talk from two inspiring swimmers. The first, Christine, who crossed the Channel last year and collected this 'pebble'. The engraving shows the route she swam, with the tide doubling the length of the crossing. Our second talk was from one of our members, Rachel, who has just returned from the Cold and Dark festival where she has been swimming in water not much above freezing. Not sure who is more bonkers!!
