Did weights at the gym instead of cardio as I'm constantly being told how important weights are but I find it so BORING!
My chorizo looks to be coming along nicely. The instructions say that after 5 - 8 days of curing, they can be eaten cold or cooked. I'm sorry, but this is uncooked pork mince and bacon that will have been hanging around my kitchen for a week at room temperature. I think I'm brave cooking and eating that. Eating it uncooked sounds like a death wish and I don't have a death wish.
And finally, took delivery of a new compact camera yesterday, something with a longer zoom than my other compacts (30x) that I'm hoping will be a good all rounder for China. Used it to shoot this picture and so far, so good.
