The Little House on the Big Pole!

A reasonable day today, but as I went out to put up a new bird table it began to rain. Typical!

This is just a bird house that I've stuck on a pole - unfortunately the bank at the back of the house is thin soil and moss above solid rock and I could only hammer the post in about 8" Let's hope it doesn't get blown down!

I had to tie a plastic tub to a long bamboo pole as it's the only practical way of delivering bird food to the table!
