JOURNEY

After a morning packing, cooking a lasagne and giving Daisy a good long walk....we were ready for our weekend trip up north...a weekend with mixed emotions but I'm hoping although it will be sad at times that it be positive.
The Rev, M and I drove to pick up Mum then onto Stansted to meet O who was getting a train from work.
We eventually made it to York at 8:00 and our "home" for the next few days. We enjoyed the lasagne and salad....followed by chocolate pudding and a stroll through the village.
