Another bird shot I am afraid.  There are a number of reasons, the late lie in on Sunday and the foul weather being the main ones.

The Squirrel graced us with its presence a couple of times during the day.  This is the fourth consecutive day when squirrels have appeared. This is the best record we have ever had.  I was told a feeder would help, it seems it has but they don't ever go near it and the food isn't going down.  They prefer the bird table!

Currently the commonest birds in the garden are Siskins, with a peak count of 20 and Goldfinches.  We have also had a couple of Bramblings a male and a female but as they weren't together they just count as 1 for my BTO survey.
