White Nuthatches

So today spring was back again the sun was shining and the snow that fell yesterday started to melt. I was able to take a long walk around the lake. I had the red wing black bird land inn my hand today too. I spotted a great blue heron in flight while I was driving and was not able to pull out my camera.

This white nuthatches had been around the park all winter but has yet to come to my hand Maybe I will have a better chance next winter
