The Red Balloon

I wandered a fair bit about the SOMA (South of Market) area, and came across a small street that I don't recall having previously explored. There are a number of alleyways and short streets with sanctioned artwork and murals, but this one was not familiar to me, and I don't know if it has such a standing with the ciy's art commission.
