First day of spring

Today was special day; the first day this year where I've gone for a walk after work!  I'd been looking for a decent daffodil shot for a few days and I wasn't disappointed.  The choice was tricky though - deep shade and strong greens or bright sunshine and gold?  Both seemed to work but C had the casting vote for dark greens.

I was also out with an approaching rainstorm which I raced home, just.  C got home 10 minutes after I did and was drenched!
