Demolition

Another blip of the St James redevelopment - this time part of the Hotel demolition, and clearly where this phase of the work is meant to stop.

We went to Edinburgh Castle this morning, but the wind was far too cold to stay. Thankfully we had passes to get in for free anyway.

An extra blip today shows Edinburgh's newest takeaway, but one which won't ever be open to the public. The makers of the new Avengers film have relocated Miss Katie Cupcake, converted the shop into a takeaway, and will renovate it again before they give it back. All for some filming happening overnight over this weekend and next.

After lunch, I packed up ready to head back to Inverness, but before that, we went in to sign the lease on the flat. All sorted for May!
