Declan

This is Declan.
Last week he earned his first ever medal for the club.
He wasn't aware he had earned a medal, so left before the presentations.
The medal was posted to me, and I gave it to him tonight in training.

The race was 'The Essex 20' which (funnily enough) is 20 miles in Essex!
Declan was the 3rd fastest V60 (Veteran runner over 60) to finish.
