Feeling Left Out

This is Gollum's mum Jazz. She is feeling sorry for herself as she is watching Helle work with Gollum's sister Ex-it. Jazz is feeling left out and forgotten about. Silly really as she had just had a long training session herself, but Border Collies seem to forget very quickly, when it comes to stuff like that. 

Helle and I met for some dog training after work.

Hero was a good boy and performed his Topsy Turvy routine well. 

Biscuit was rather naughty - he put a million extra moves into his routine. He was so excited. He does make me laugh - silly old man.

Gollum searched for lavender*. He is still resting his shoulder and Nose Work is not physically demanding. It is brain work. He did good too, but I think he missed his toys. He could only have treats as rewards and playing is the best reward for the Border Collies.

It has been a lovely, sunny day. Spring is in the air :-)

*) In Nose Work, dogs learn to search for a specific odor or odors and find the source. In this case the odor is lavender oil. That is the first odor they will meet if they ever get to go to a competition.
