hare raiser

I got home from Cambridge tonight and I am gobsmacked by the stars and hearts for my barn owl yesterday. Huge thanks to everyone it may take me a while to reply.
Last night I worked late in my room and gave up on the idea of getting out for sunrise, although I did see it from my room balcony and took a shot on my iPad (extra). On the way to our office I spotted a hare in the field so stopped and used the car as a hide. This isn't the hare I spotted but its probably a close relation. I love the fields in Cambridgeshire so flat and no hedges, great for spotting wildlife.
The drive home was awful in the rain and so depressing listening to the awful events at Westminster.
