Ingredients - Sourdough Starter

This is Blodwyn my sourdough starter.  Blodwyn means 'blessed flower' in welsh - I chose it due to a pun on the word flour ; ). Blodwyn is around 60 years old (well the original starter was started then, how much is original is up for discussion) - I make sourdough bread once a fortnight - I would make more but as the process takes over 48 hours I need to find the time. Wild yeast bread is so much better for you, modern bread production has been linked to IBS and an increase in gluten intolerance - I'm a member of the Real Bread Campaign though I mainly bake bread for it's therapeutic 'hands on' process.
