The Scream

The Scream by Edvard Munch. Not a painting, only a drawing sold for nearly 120 million USD by Sotheby May 2012. I have difficulties in  understanding the value of that piece and why someone is willing to pay that price. They must of course be very rich, but even so. Joined a lecture about Edvard Munch today. Interesting. Oslo city is building a new Munch museum in Oslo harbour to be opened 12.12. 2020. Probably worth a visit then.
